iMethods is currently seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst for a Contract position in Jacksonville, FL.

 

Requirements:

 

The HRIS Analyst should have the following:

 

  • 4-6 years HRIS experience
  • Experience with ADP and one or more of the following software/systems: HODES, Taleo, SHE, SharePoint, Active Directory
  • Proficient with the primary Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with ERP or HCM applications
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting HR business related processes such as position management, performance management, talent acquisition, organizational development, benefits, incident (health & safety) management, compensation, and payroll.
  • HRIS process workflow and procedure documentation experience
  • Monthly financial headcount reporting experience

 

Responsibilities:

 

The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Work with teams to develop HR Metrics/Scorecard/Dashboard needs from data gathering perspective
  • Develop reports to create and update monthly scorecard
  • Develop request form to be posted on SharePoint for new reports
  • System set up for employee performance reviews
  • Assist with the migration of ADP from version 2 to 6
  • ADP Portal maintenance
  • Data entry of any non-“Self Service” HRIS actions (US and Canada)
  • Record keeping of any paper files (in HR arena)
  • Monthly Org Chart creation and automation
  • Review all automation capabilities and create new automation where applicable
  • Recommend any areas of improvement
  • SharePoint clean up and maintenance
  • Active Directory clean up and maintenance
  • SHE Software reporting and system maintenance
  • HODES/Taleo systems maintenance
  • Migrate acquisitions as needed
